My favorite definition of strategy is “the art and science of planning” because it alludes to both creativity and rigor.


Effective strategy is based on data of course, but charts a course into the unknown. That’s where the art comes in.

Like most consulting firms, our practice consists of a variety of projects supporting clients from early stage development through commercialization and marketing. I have to admit that I especially enjoy the more strategic initiatives, including three I’m highlighting here. All drew, in part, on our deep experience in science and regulatory matters.
