SITUATION:

A university tech transfer department in Israel had generated research on a novel ingredient showing health benefits, but did not know how to attract US partners to develop the ingredient for commercial use.

APPROACH:

Tap~Root drafted a road map and timeline of possible routes to partnership, taking into consideration research assets and needs, regulatory analysis and claims recommendations, patent recommendations, development of data and other materials needed for sales presentations, and recommendations of potential partners.
